This workshop proposal focuses on integrating decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) into the EFIS and WIRE projects to enhance the governance, curation, and monetization of media content as part of Estonia’s cultural heritage. The WIRE project, led by the Baltic Media Film and Arts faculty at the University of Tallinn, is a collaborative effort involving eight European partner faculties. It aims to develop a platform for metadata standardization, cross-referencing, and sustainable content distribution.
