Call for Posters

The IEEE TRUST’24 invites you to submit your poster proposals for presentation during the symposium, which will take place in Helsinki/Finland from November 20-21, 2024.

Overview

Poster sessions at the IEEE TRUST’24 provide an excellent opportunity for researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to present their latest findings, innovative ideas, and ongoing projects in a visually engaging format. This is a unique platform to showcase your work to a diverse audience, receive feedback, and foster discussions on your research.

We encourage submissions that cover a broad range of topics related to blockchain technology, IoT, digital identity, DeFi, supply chain, cybersecurity, etc. Whether you’re sharing preliminary results, highlighting innovative applications, or presenting theoretical advances, your poster will be a key part of the symposium’s interactive and collaborative atmosphere.

Submission Guidelines

We invite submissions for poster presentations that align with the symposium’s themes. Each proposal should include the following details:

– Poster Title: A descriptive and engaging title.

– Abstract: A summary (up to 300 words) outlining the research question, methodology, key results, and significance of the work. Clearly indicate the relevance of your research to the symposium themes.

– Authors: List all authors and their affiliations, with a brief biography of the primary presenter.

– Poster Design: While not required at submission, a draft or concept of the poster’s design can be included for reference.

Please submit your poster proposals through our EasyChair portal by October 21, 2024. All submissions will be reviewed by the TRUST’24 Poster Committee, and accepted posters will be displayed during dedicated poster sessions throughout the symposium.

Poster Guidelines

– Format: Posters should be clear, concise, and visually appealing, with an emphasis on key points of your research.

– Content: Include sections such as Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion. Use visuals like charts, graphs, and images to enhance understanding.

Review Criteria

Poster proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

– Relevance: The relevance of the research to the symposium’s themes.

– Quality: The clarity of the research question, methodology, and results.

– Impact: The potential impact of the research on the field.

– Design: The effectiveness of the proposed poster design in conveying the research.

Presentation

Accepted posters will be displayed in the symposium’s poster area, with dedicated time slots for presenters to engage with attendees. Presenters are expected to be available during their assigned session to discuss their work and answer questions.
